Panama, July 7, 2025.

A significant step has been taken in the connected television ecosystem in Panama. TVN Pass, the streaming platform of TVN Media, has announced its official arrival on Roku , one of the most popular streaming platforms in the world, present in the country through RCA televisions with Roku OS built-in and Roku streaming devices.

TVN Pass not only offers free access to live channels TVN, TVMAX, and TVN Radio, but also to an extensive video-on-demand (VOD) library with news, sports, entertainment, and original productions. This offering makes TVN Pass the most comprehensive local OTT platform in the Panamanian market, integrating traditional and digital media into a single environment.

This launch reinforces TVN Media's commitment to technological innovation and the diversification of distribution channels, allowing its programming to be even closer to audiences who consume content digitally. Thanks to the development and technological support of Mediastream, TVN's strategic partner for its OTT platform, this new milestone marks a significant advance in the expansion of television viewing through connected television (CTV).

"Our presence on Roku represents a natural evolution in TVN Pass's growth strategy. At TVN, we are not only committed to offering relevant content, but also to generating it in the formats and platforms that today's digital audience demands. Connected television viewing is growing steadily in Panama, and this partnership with Mediastream allows us to accelerate that reach with a robust, modern, and multiplatform user experience," highlighted Gabriel Hernández, Chief Digital Officer of TVN Media.

Since its launch, TVN Pass has experienced sustained growth in its user base and consumption levels. It is currently available on the web, mobile devices (Android and iOS), Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV, and Google TV. Now, with Roku, it has consolidated its position as the Panamanian platform with the greatest reach on CTV devices.

Luis Ahumada, CEO & Founder of Mediastream, commented: "The addition of Roku to the TVN Pass platforms is a testament to the continued success of our partnership with TVN. We have witnessed the exponential growth of CTV and are committed to providing the tools and technology necessary for our partners to deliver high-quality experiences. CTV is not just a trend; it is the new standard for home entertainment, and this launch consolidates that."

With this integration, Panamanian and regional users now have another way to access diverse, high-quality programming. This strategic alliance between TVN and Mediastream reinforces the shared vision of anticipating new dynamics in audiovisual consumption and leading the digital transformation of media in Latin America.

“We are thrilled to expand our content offering in Roku Panama with the addition of TVN Pass, a partner whose extensive library of entertainment, news, and sports will add incredible value for our users”, said Adriana Naves, Content Distribution Director, Roku LATAM
